In the second quarter of 2006, Consulting Agency Market Advice Ltd. carried out a survey of experts from the seven enterprises manufacturing technical carbon in order to estimate demand for it from the side of Russian and foreign tire manufacturers. Telephone questioning of the companies' heads, directors of operations, experts of planned-economic departments, experts of sales departments, and marketing experts was performed.
