In the second quarter of 2004, Consulting Agency Market Advice Ltd. carried out a survey study among directors of sanatoria, boarding houses and children's camps in order to study main features of organization of dairy and treatment-and-prophylactic nutrition systems there. Representatives of 30 organizations were surveyed with use of the method of strictly personal interview.
