Results of the Survey of Russian Manufacturers of Ice-Cream Concerning Use of Stabilizers and Emulsifying Agents in Production (I quarter of 2004)
In the first quarter of 2004, Consulting Agency Market Advice Ltd. carried out a survey among the Russian manufacturers of ice-cream concerning use of stabilizers and emulsifying agents in production. Profound telephone interviewing was performed with technologists and chiefs of supply departments from 50 enterprises.
