In the first quarter of 2004, Consulting Agency Market Advice Ltd. carried out a survey of Russian manufacturers of flakes and mueslis in order to study main features of the Russian manufacture of this kind of products: to find out the most popular additives and initial grain compositions in flakes and mueslis, to show up trends of development in the market of the studied products in 2004, prospects of production of new products. For this purpose, a survey of experts (commercial managers, analysts, marketing experts, senior experts, managers of sales departments) from 20 enterprises was performed.
