The Market of Egg Protein in Russia (III quarter of 2004)
In the third quarter of 2004, Consulting Agency Market Advice Ltd. carried out a survey study of the Russian enterprises using egg products in manufacture in order to reveal necessity of using egg protein and other egg products in manufacture, and to assess volumes of utilization of the studied raw material. So, experts of 36 Russian enterprises were questioned with use of the method of profound telephone interviewing.
